Dr Vishwanath Ramakrishna
Consultant Forensic Neuropsychiatrist & Medical Lead
Dr Vishy has over 18 years of clinical experience and has worked across a diverse range of secure and non-secure services in the NHS and the Independent Sector. He has postgraduate qualifications in Forensic Psychiatry, Mental Health Law (with Commendation) and Clinical Neurology (Distinction).
He has extensive experience of developing specialist mental health services and has published papers and presented at various conferences. He has received a number of awards including the Howard White Memorial Prize, Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Clinical audit prize and Certificates of High Commendation. Over the years, he has developed and delivered innovative training programmes for staff, one of which was a UK wide finalist in Service User awards. Dr Vishy is passionate about delivering individualised and evidence based clinical care. Registered with GMC ref: 6058514.
Dr S. Kakkilaya
GMC: 5205435
Dr Kakkilaya has been a member of Royal College of Psychiatrist since 2004. He is an approved clinician as defined within the mental health act. He has breadth of experience of working in different mental health services including acute services community teams, forensic hospitals, and rehabilitation units.
Dr Kakkilaya also has expertise in liaison psychiatry and management of complex chronic conditions including neuropsychiatry. Dr Kakkilaya was involved in teaching international medical graduates for over 15 years. He has also trained junior doctors for the preparation of MRCPsych exams.
He has participated in research and service development projects. He advocates for patient and carers participation to deliver patient catered care. He has excellent skills of MDT working to involve all disciplines to deliver efficient integrated care.
Dr Ginju
Consultant Psychiatrist & Responsible Clinician
Dr Ginju is an experienced psychiatrist and has worked in the NHS for a number of years in various services including acute male and female inpatient units. He strongly believes that patient involvement and team working are key to good outcomes. Registered with GMC ref no 6037141
Laura Henry
Director of Operations (Northwest Hospitals) / Registered Manager
Laura is the Director of Operations for the northwest hospitals. Laura is a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist. Laura joined the group in 2017, working across different sites and roles to support service and quality development.
Laura is very clear that in addition to clinical therapeutic engagement individuals need to develop a range of occupational capabilities whilst in a rehabilitation service to ensure a successful and sustainable transition to less restrictive services.
Sean Daltrey
Mental Health Administrator
Sean joined Krinvest Care Group in 2020 and is the mental health act administrator for the group’s hospitals.
Arthur Fairbanks
Psychotherapist
Arthur has over thirty-five years’ experience working in mental health services, practising as a BABCP accredited CBT therapist for the last twenty years. He holds a masters degree in the subject and is an advanced certified schema therapist, trainer and supervisor with the ISST since 2015.
He has extensive experience of delivering psychological interventions across a range of settings including residential, secure, rehabilitative and community settings with considerable expertise relating to personality disorder and complex presentations as well as the delivery of interventions addressing the risk of aggression.
Arthur regularly lectures on the IAPT High Intensity therapist training programme around these specific aspects of psychotherapy. He has considerable training and experience in conducting structured clinical risk assessments such as the HCR-20 and developing subsequent risk management plans.
Dr. Jennifer Vaughan
Chartered Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Jennifer Vaughan qualified in 2011 as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and has experience working with adults experiencing emotional and/or physical health difficulties. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The University of Manchester, and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology at The University of Glasgow.
Jennifer draws on multiple theoretical models using an integrative and person-centred approach to support clients reach their goals within therapy and ultimately within their everyday lives. She has particular knowledge and skills in the use of Cognitive Rehabilitation and Neuropsychological Approaches, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). She has also undertaken further specialised training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Stephanie Holleran
Hospital Administrator
Steph has worked at Pine House since March 2022, she has supported the growth and development of the service. Steph holds a PGCE 14+ Certificate in Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sociology of Sport. Prior to joining Krinvest Care Group, Steph worked as a Mental Health support worker for 12 years plus where she catered for the needs of service users and assisted them with day to day living to help them in their recovery journey. Steph went from Mental Health Support Worker to Ward Clerk where she gained an insight into administration and is now Lead Hospital Administrator of Pine House. Steph has an ambition to support those with ill mental health and to help others.
Kim Williams
Speech and language therapist
I have over 33 years experience of working with people with disabilities in a variety of different settings. I specialise in the areas of; Mental health and Deafness, Learning Disabilities (including ASC – Autistic Spectrum Conditions and PIMD – Profound Intellectual and Multiple Disabilities) and dysphagia.
I am committed to the use of Total Communication techniques and use staff training coupled with assessment as the keys to the creation of specific environments which support change and communicative interactions for individuals.
